23. Conduct of Counsellors:

Consultants appointed under Section 34 of the Act shall observe the following conducts:-

(a) Discipline and perform their duties with honesty and diligence,
(b) Maintaining professional integrity and complying with the conditions laid down at the time of appointment,
(c) not to exert any political influence on the civil servant and not to interfere in his performance, (d) in a way that is contrary to the policy of the Government of Nepal or may disturb the mutual relationship between the Government of Nepal and the people of Nepal or the relationship with any foreign country. Not criticizing the government or publishing news,
(e) Not to receive donations, gifts, donations etc. in connection with government work,
(f) To submit his property details to the Secretary concerned within seven days from the date of appointment,
(g) Not giving advice on matters that conflict with his interests or interests, interests or interests,
(h) Non-confidentiality.
